Cutting Oils and Semi Synthetic Coolants

Applications:
• Conventionl machines like Lathe, Traub, Grinding machines
• VMC, CNC Grinding machines
• Turning, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Boring, Reaming, Grooving


Usage Guidelines
• Clean the machine walls and tank thoroughly by using a system cleaner that kills the bacteria as well
  as removes dirty deposits of old coolant
• Remove old coolant from the machine completely
• Mix cutting oil or coolant in water at prescribed concentrations (recommended by a PTCPL
  representative or an authorized dealer)
• Put it into machine and circulate the machine for at least 15 minutes to get it properly mixed and then
  start the production
• Add water and oil mixture called as "emulsion" to the machine every day to maintain the concentration
  and enjoy consistent performance and ALWAYS add oil to water and not other way round
