Aqueous Cleaners, Washing Chemicals and Degreasing Chemicals

Applications for Aqueous Cleaners
Aqueous cleaners are mainly used in Cleaning components pre and post machining operations, before assembly and final despatch or they are also used for cleaning Plastic Bins and Trays in following type of machines :

• Pressure Washing Machines with heating facility-Single chamber or Multi chamber conveyor type
• Pressure Washing Machines without heating facility-Multi chamber conveyor type
• Tumbling or Cascade type
• Vibro finishing machines
• Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines
• Manual Cleaning


Usage Guidelines
For Pressure Washing Machines, Tumbling Machines, Cascade Machines :
• Clean the machine tank and remove old cleaning solution completely
• Mix our recommended washing chemical in bacteria free soft water (up to 200 ppm) in prescribed
  proportion and pour it into the machine tank
• Heat the solution at 65-70 Deg C for single machines but need not heat the solution for multi chamber
  machines in one of our specially designed product and keep the pressure below 50 bars for small size
  tanks and upto 1000 bars for large size tanks
• Keep the components into machine tray for cleaning and start the machine
• Pass them through rinsing and hot air blow chambers if a multi chamber machine
• Blow hot air on the components to dry them and remove water to avoid corrosion in a single chamber
  machine


For Ultrasonic Machines :
• Clean the machine tank and remove old cleaning solution completely
• Mix our recommended washing chemical in bacteria free soft water (up to 200 ppm) in prescribed
  proportion and pour it into the machine tank
• Heat the solution at 65-70 Deg C
• Keep the components into machine tray for cleaning and start the machine
• Blow hot air on the components to dry them up and remove water to avoid corrosion


For Manual Cleaning :
• Mix our recommended washing chemical in bacteria free soft water (upto 200 ppm) in prescribed
  proportion and pour it into the empty tank. Dip the components into this solution for prescribed time
  and take them out to rinse in water and then dry them up to remove water
• For large components, simply apply the solution on the surface of the component which needs to be
  cleaned, keep it like that for prescribed time and then rinse it with water and dry them up to remove
  water
• In some cases, the solution may need to be heated at 60-70 Deg C
